Hong Kong local artist LOKKI ushered in his second solo exhibition, "Some Poetic Moments", which will be held at Tung Gallery East in Central from today to December 23. Through paintings, he will construct important memory scenes in his growth and relive those moments. It explores how memory shapes our personality, and invites the audience to come to terms with various traumas and obsessions in the purest and most personal way, embrace each profound memory, experience fleeting beauty and learn to feel. Since LOKKI held his first solo exhibition "The Broken Pieces 2.8/5" in Hong Kong last year, he has participated in group exhibitions in Hong Kong, South Korea (CICA MUSEUM) and the United Kingdom, allowing more art lovers around the world to know his expressionism, The painting style mostly uses bold lines, strong colors and thick and textured brushstrokes to depict inner images, allowing the audience to feel its hysterical tension and unrestrained deep emotions.

This is his second solo exhibition in Hong Kong. The works are exhibited from his signature expressionist style, mixed with impressionism and surrealism, sharing his personal emotions to construct a unique logical world of light, shadow and color, hoping to resonate with the audience. Those different but similar memories, and by facing various long-buried inner emotions head-on, re-establish their meaning and emotion, learn to allow everything to happen, and feel the coming of each encounter with the most thorough self .

The exhibition has a special sharing session, in which LOKKI will share with the participants in depth the various emotions and thoughts he experienced throughout the creative process through his works. Along with the chapters and paragraphs of the series of works, LOKKI will understand step by step the various aspects of his life. This uncontrollable sense of uneasiness is transformed into a learning process of a sudden state of mind, and at the same time, we can communicate with each other on how to face various encounters in life. There will be two sharing sessions at 11:30 am and 3:30 pm on December 7 (Saturday). Each session will last approximately 45 minutes.
